The 7-day guarantee
Every subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee from activation. If the service does not perform on your network — buffering, missing channels, compatibility — message support within 7 days and we refund in full.
How to request a refund
- WhatsApp our team with your order number, or
- Email us from the address you signed up with.
Processing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin, valued at the time of original payment.
Outside the 7-day window
After 7 days, paid plans are non-refundable, but you may downgrade, pause or cancel renewal anytime with no penalty.
What is not refundable
- Subscriptions terminated for breach of Terms (sharing, resale, abuse).
- Add-ons already consumed (e.g. activated VPN bundle).
