What buffering is (and is not)
A two-second stall once when you land on a channel is the buffer filling. A freeze every 20 seconds is a path or Wi-Fi problem. A picture that never starts is usually a bad paste, a dead portal, or the connection cap.
We do not promise “never a blip on 28,000 channels”. We promise a backup cluster, same-day route change, and a 30-day refund if your line cannot run the service.
Etisalat and du specifics
Local servers keep latency short. What still breaks: ISP shaping on a stale route, or a tower that isolates the TV from the phones. The etisalat/du page covers fibre vs home wireless. Name the ISP when you chat.
STC/Mobily homes should use the Saudi fibre guide instead — the radio is different.
