These Terms govern your use of our service. By subscribing, you accept these Terms in full.
1. The Service
We provide a re-streaming aggregation service for personal, home-only viewing. We do not produce or own any content. Channel availability and stream quality depend on upstream broadcasters and may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. By subscribing, you confirm your use complies with local laws and your network provider's policies.
3. Account & credentials
- Credentials are issued per subscription and may not be sold, shared or redistributed.
- Concurrent connection limits are enforced — exceeding them triggers automatic suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are prepaid in AED/SAR (or crypto equivalent). Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS provider; crypto via NowPayments. Cash and bank transfer are coordinated via WhatsApp.

6. Acceptable use
- No resale, public broadcasting or commercial redistribution.
- No attempts to bypass connection limits or scrape the playlist.
- No unlawful use under local law.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is scheduled outside Gulf prime time where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.
