- Payment data: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address at connection time (to detect sharing), device user-agent, approximate region.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymous. No cross-site tracking.

- Per-channel viewing history.
- WhatsApp message content beyond support context.
- Sensitive data (race, religion, biometrics).
3. How we use your data
- Deliver and support your subscription.
- Send account, billing and service notifications.
- Detect fraud and credential sharing.
- Improve the website (aggregated analytics only).
4. Retention
- Active subscribers: duration of subscription + 24 months.
- Trial-only users: deleted within 90 days.
- Payment records: kept 7 years for tax compliance.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data. Email us to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days.
