2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under UAE law. By subscribing, you confirm that your use of the Service complies with local laws and the policies of your residential network provider.
3. Account & credentials
- Login credentials are issued per subscription and may not be sold, shared, or redistributed.
- Concurrent connection limits are enforced — exceeding them triggers automatic suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are prepaid in USD (or crypto equivalent). Card payments are processed by Stripe; crypto payments by NowPayments. Cash and bank transfer payments are coordinated via WhatsApp.

6. Acceptable use
- No resale, public broadcasting, or commercial re-distribution.
- No attempts to bypass connection limits, scrape the playlist, or interfere with infrastructure.

7. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows are scheduled outside UAE prime time whenever possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Bay UAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
