The 7-day guarantee
Every IPTV Bay UAE subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the moment your account is activated. If the Service does not perform on your network — buffering, missing channels, compatibility issues — message support within 7 days and we refund in full.
How to request a refund

Refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin used to pay, valued at the time of original payment.
Outside the 7-day window
After 7 days, paid plans are non-refundable, but you are welcome to downgrade, pause, or cancel renewal at any time with no penalty. We will pro-rate goodwill credits in genuine cases of prolonged service disruption — message support to discuss.
What is not refundable
- Subscriptions terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (credential sharing, resale, abuse).
- Addon services already consumed (e.g. activated VPN bundle).
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve 99% of refund requests within an hour. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in immediate account termination and forfeit of the guarantee.
