- Account data: name, email, WhatsApp number, device type — submitted by you at signup or trial.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe / NowPayments. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address used at connection time (to detect concurrent sharing), device user-agent, and approximate region.
- Site analytics: aggregated, anonymous Plausible analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
2. What we don't collect
- Viewing history per channel.
- Content of WhatsApp messages beyond support context.
- Sensitive personal data (race, religion, biometrics).
3. How we use your data
- Deliver and support your subscription.
- Send account, billing, and service notifications.
- Detect fraud and credential sharing.
- Improve the website and service (aggregated analytics only).
4. Retention
- Active subscribers: data kept for the duration of your subscription + 24 months.
- Trial-only users: data deleted within 90 days if you don't subscribe.
- Payment records: kept 7 years for tax compliance.
5. Third parties
We share data only with vetted processors: Stripe (payments), NowPayments (crypto), Resend (email delivery), and our cloud infrastructure providers. All are contractually bound by DPAs.
